7th Mid-Atlantic Biomanufacturing Symposium

The Center for Advanced Biomanufacturing at the University of Virginia

Our mission is to establish the University of Virginia as a world leader in translational research for tissue engineering and regenerative medicine technologies and to build and support a community made up of members from academia, industry, government, and the nonprofit sectors.

Join us as we achieve our goals of developing novel and more effective regenerative biomaterials both at UVA and in collaboration with our colleagues around the United States; creating a state-of-the-art advanced biomanufacturing facility to which the UVA community has access; and training the next generation of innovators in the field.

We are working toward a world where traumatic injuries and congenital defects can be repaired quickly, effectively, and cost-efficiently through emerging technologies enabled by and made available to our community.
